This game is developed by EA Bucharest and EA Vancouver it was announced in June of 18 during the E3 press conference. The 26th installment in the series, with Ronaldo on the cover of the regular edition and Neymar on the Champions and Ultra Edition game packs. Alan Smith and Martin Tyler are the regular commentators, in edition to Derek Rae and Lee Dixon in the UEFA competitions mode. There have been some game play changes, including the new Active Touch System, which is an overhaul of player control and timed finishing that allows the kick button to be pressed for a second time determining an exact moment to actually kick the ball. Also Dynamic Tactics have been added allowing the players to configure strategy and switch between them in real time mode during game play. Lastly, 50/50 battles have been added for determining the likely hood that a player will win or loose balls. Some of the new Stadiums that will be featured in FIFA 19 will be Totenham Hotspur Stadium, Molineux Stadium (Woverhampton Wanderers), Craven Cottage (Fulham) and Cardiff City Stadium (Cardiff City). It will also ensure that all 20 English Premium League grounds will be featured, 16 new stadiums from the Spanish La Liga and 3 from Spanish Sequnda Division.. The only stadium that was removed was Camp Nou because of Barcelona's exclusive deal with Pro Evolution Soccer 2019. The LA Galaxy's new stadium, named the Stub Hub Center and Mercedes Benz Stadium of Atlanta United FC have been added from MLS Soccer.
